Returns & Refunds Policy – The Connekt Online

We hope you love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds:


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. grooming or personal care items)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team via [your email or WhatsApp number].

  2. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. We’ll confirm if the item is eligible and send return instructions.

Important: Please package your item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

  • If the return is not approved, we’ll return the item to you.


🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, please complete the return process first and then place a new order for the replacement item.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

  • In such cases, we’ll cover the return costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a faulty, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

The Connekt Online will take up to 24Hrs to process your order. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, we will dispatch it with with The Courier Guy, our trusted delivery partner.

We offer a subsidized shipping fee of R100.00 on all orders. This is the Standard Shipping option with delivery to your door in 3-5 days.

To help you save on delivery costs you may also select the PUDO Locker option of R60.00. Your order will be sent to the nearest PUDO Locker in your area for your own collection, the address of which you will need to provide as your shipping address.

Once we have dispatched your order, your tracking information will be emailed through to you, check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Please contact us if you do not receive any shipping information after 24Hrs from placing your order.
