Cancellation Policy – The Connekt Online
We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order placed with The Connekt Online.
⏳ Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they haven’t yet been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be on its way to you.
📝 How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel an order:

Log into your account and go to Order History.

Select the order you'd like to cancel and click Cancel Order (if eligible).

🚫 When Cancellation Isn’t Possible
Some orders can’t be cancelled:

If the order has already been packed or shipped.

If the item is customized, personalized, or made-to-order.

💸 Cancellation Fees
In most cases, cancellations are free. However, if your order has already been prepared for dispatch or special arrangements were made, a small cancellation/restocking fee may apply.
💰 Refunds After Cancellation
If your cancellation is successful:

You’ll receive a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Refunds are processed using your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, power outages).

The Connekt Online will take up to 24Hrs to process your order. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, we will dispatch it with with The Courier Guy, our trusted delivery partner.
We offer a subsidized shipping fee of R100.00 on all orders. This is the Standard Shipping option with delivery to your door in 3-5 days.
To help you save on delivery costs you may also select the PUDO Locker option of R60.00. Your order will be sent to the nearest PUDO Locker in your area for your own collection, the address of which you will need to provide as your shipping address.
Once we have dispatched your order, your tracking information will be emailed through to you, check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Please contact us if you do not receive any shipping information after 24Hrs from placing your order.
